Partnerships & Collaborations

IALA collaborates with educational institutions to design, implement, and strengthen language and literacy programs grounded in reflective and applied pedagogy.

Soulful Centre for Learning

IALA currently consults with Soulful Centre for Learning, a nature-based microschool, to design and develop child-led literacy and humanities programs aligned with its educational philosophy. The collaboration includes:

  • Development of child-led literacy frameworks
  • Integration of language and humanities within experiential learning contexts
  • Curriculum overview and long-term academic planning
  • Teacher training and capacity-building sessions
  • Personalised academic consultations with the Founder
  • Training modules for the Soulful Facilitator Program, focused on child-led literacy practice

This engagement supports the school in building literacy as a reflective, inquiry-driven process rather than a skill-based checklist.

Akshara Vidyaashram (Allied CBSE School)

IALA collaborates with Akshara Vidyaashram in the development of integrated language curriculum aligned with CBSE frameworks while maintaining pedagogical depth. The work includes:

  • Integrated curriculum design across subjects
  • Language and literacy alignment within mainstream academic structures
  • Support for reflective and narrative approaches within formal schooling

Through these partnerships, IALA works across diverse educational models — from alternative microschools to CBSE-aligned institutions — demonstrating the adaptability and applicability of applied language arts in varied contexts.
